Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements 1. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 2. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Malay (Chinese if applicable) 3. Graphic design tools (eg. Canva) and video editing software (eg. Capcut) 4. Familiar with SEO concepts and tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush. 5. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. 6. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 7. Familiar with basic administrative tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace 8. Experience managing social media platforms. 9. Knowledge of HRDC claimable training programs. Responsibilities 1. Design engaging promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and forms. 2. Develop and execute SEO strategies to maximize website and social media traffic. 3. Monitor analytics to optimize content and improve conversions. 4. Collect and review customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement. 5. Assist in planning and implementing after-sales service improvements. 6. Provide administrative support for training programs. 7. Coordinate event logistics and maintain training records. 8.
